Allandale Falls uses PetScreening, a third-party pet application service that makes it easy for pet owners to share their animal records with their apartment communities, pet groomers, doggy daycares, pet sitters, vets, pet-friendly hotels, and more! All applicants are required to complete a no-pet or pet profile for their service/companion animals prior to application approval.

  • One-time cost for a household pet profile: $25 (Credit Card) or $20 (ACH)

  • $0 for an Assistance Animal Accommodation request

  • $0 for a no pet/no animal profile

Community Pet Policy:

  • Max number of pets: 2

  • Max weight: 50 lbs

  • Pet monthly rent: $35

  • Non-refundable pet fee: $350
